Tim David Müller-Zitzke is a 25-year old Film Producer & Photographer based in Bremerhaven, Germany. His film production covers independent documentaries, short films and promotional films. For his passion, he travels frequently throughout Europe and America.

Starting at an age of 8, Tim has practiced the art of photography. As a young student, he already received his first job assignments and exposure in regional publications. Since 2012, his work has been successfully published, often internationally – via photography agencies such as Adobe Stock, Fotolia and DPA (German Press Agency). His photography has also been published in magazines like DIE WELT, FOCUS, Süddeutsche, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and many others.

In 2013, Tim started studying Digital Media Production in Bremerhaven and set up his first photo studio. Soon after, in 2014, he co-founded a production company, producing and directing advertisement and image films. In 2015 he led the documentary film “DAS LEBEN, YOU KNOW.” about Lehe, a social hotspot in Bremerhaven. The film was nominated at film festivals in Los Angeles and Kiew and got awarded “Best Documentary”on the 2017 Canada Independent Film Festival in Montreal.

In 2016, Tim joined Volker Engel and Marc Weigert in Los Angeles working on the 20th Century Fox production of Roland Emmerich’s INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE as a Visual Effects Compositor. Soon after, he worked on the independent virtual reality short film THE HOURGLASS as the Director of Photography and Co-Producer. Also, he gave his debut as a speaker at Colleges in Cambridge and in Oxford (UK) talking about his “special” student life and archievements he could reach at a relatively young age.

End of 2018, Tim brought his travel documentary PROJEKT: ANTARKTIS / PROJECT: ANTARCTICA to cinemas, that he shot in Antarctica with two friends. Check out the project’s Facebook page or webpage for further information!
